浙江鼎康电子科技有限公司，诞生于5G时代，我们专门致力于5G通讯方面的连接器研发、生产、制造及一体化解决方案设计，产品主要涉及领域有5G通讯终端、基站、物联网、云存储、无人驾驶汽车、AGV等等，目前生产的产品有5G RJ网络插座、射频连接器、同轴连接器、SMA连接器、RF连接器、大功率D型连接器等等。

我们采用MES集成制造系统进行生产，拥有多台高精密、纯电动日本发那科注塑机及日本YAMADA超高速冲床，每台注塑机标配发那科机器人、CCD视觉影像全自动检测机、激光Date Code标识机、全自动包装机及全自动无人AGV搬运车，我们所生产的五金件同样采用CCD视觉影像检测机，每一个关键尺寸均全自动检测，为便于品质追溯，我们所有的生产设备与MES系统均已实现机连，所有设备生产时所产生的数据及品管在平台当中所检测的记录均自动上传到数据库系统当中，这些数据随时可以从系统当中调取。

Zhejiang Dinconn Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was born in the 5G era. We are specialized in the R & D, production, manufacturing and integrated solution design of 5G communication connectors. Our products mainly involve 5G communication terminals, base stations, Internet of Things, cloud storage, driverless cars, AGV and so on. At present, our products include 5G RJ network sockets, RF connectors Coaxial connector, SMA connector, RF connector, high power D-type connector and so on.

We use MES integrated manufacturing system for production, with a number of high-precision, pure electric Japan Fanuc injection molding machine and Japan Yamada ultra-high speed punch. Each injection molding machine is equipped with a robot, CCD visual image automatic detection machine, laser date code marking machine, automatic packaging machine and automatic AGV carrier.The hardware we produce also adopts CCD visual image detector, and each key dimension is automatically detected. In order to facilitate quality trace ability, all our production equipment and MES system have been connected, and the data generated during the production of all equipment and the records detected by quality control in the platform are automatically uploaded to the database system, these data can be retrieved from the system at any time.
